December Shipping Information:
If you are shopping for the Christmas holiday, please take note of these dates.
From the USPS, here are the "ship-by dates" :
First Class/Ground Advantage - December 18th
Priority Mail - December 21st
When you place an order with us, your order will ship 3 business days after you place an order. Please take the above information into consideration when choosing your shipping option during checkout.
Standard Processing Time:
Turn around time for most items are approximately 2 -4 days from date of purchase to day of shipment, with the exception of personalized items during any of our annual sales.
Custom Orders: Turnaround time is 7-10 business days unless communicated to you differently. (See above update for current processing times).
Free Shipping: You can qualify for free first class shipping by spending at least $75. The discount is applied automatically. Please note that your cart total needs to be $75+ after any other discounts have been applied.
Free shipping is for within the United States and does not apply to Priority or Overnight Shipping.
Expedited shipping is available. If you choose Overnight Shipping, your order will be shipped overnight as soon as it is completed. Please see above for current turn around time.
Our work day is from 9am-5pm EST and we work Monday through Fridays.
All domestic orders ship via the USPS from Cary, NC.
All international orders ship only to Canada via UPS or USPS International Mail from Cary, NC. Leluna Star is not responsible for duty or import fees charged to international customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to research additional international shipping charges.
Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. It is common for these types of emails to end up in the spam or promotions folder of your inbox.
If you are having issue with the shipment of your order such as order delays, unclear arrival date, your order has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, you must contact the shipping provider directly (USPS or UPS). Leluna Star does not have any additional information about your order once it has been shipped and cannot contact the shipping provider on your behalf in order to provide information regarding your shipped order.
Leluna Star does not accept Returns. We will accept exchanges on certain items. Please see more details below.
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase you may exchange for another item or store credit within 7 days of delivery. E-mail info@lelunastar.com within the 7 days with reason for exchange. All returned items must be in the original packaging. Refunds on shipping are not possible.
Items on sale or that are marked "sale items" are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges accepted on those items. Custom orders or items that have been customized/altered for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
